COSA Spring Basketball

Cleveland Old School Athletics is again offering the opportunity for kids to play spring basketball.  COSA will be fielding teams in grades 4th-8th for girls and boys.

Try Out Dates

Boys:

  • January 6th-4th-6th Grade Boys-7pm-8pm, 7th and 8th grade-8pm-9pm

  • January 13th 4th-6th Grade Boys-7pm-8pm, 7th and 8th grade-8pm-9pm

Girls

  • January 6th 4th-5th Grade Girls 10-11am, 6th-8th Grade Girls 11am-12pm

COSA sets out to provide kids the opportunity to continue developing their skills throughout the spring by providing good coaching that focuses on skill development and the idea of team play.  Each player will be fairly assessed during the tryout process by each coach we have on staff.  We strive to provide each player the opportunity to develop as a basketball player and as an individual.

Boy’s teams will try-out at St. Edward High School.   Girl’s teams will try out at Magnificat High School.

Try Out Information: Registration will be in the main lobby at SEHS for boys and Magnificat for girls.  Each player should wear a shirt with their name on the back for easy identification.

Players should try to be at both sessions but only one is mandatory.  Teams will be finalized within a week after tryouts.

If you have a team put together already and would like to play under the COSA name we can provide uniforms, tournament scheduling, and a practice facility.

Cost Information: The cost per player to participate is 475 dollars.  This cost is set at the minimum to keep it affordable for everyone.  With this payment you are paying for tournament fees, uniforms, practice facility, and insurance.  Payment plans are available.

We are very excited for the start of the upcoming spring season, and to once again have the opportunity to work with your sons and daughters.
